Instructions: Shake well before using. Drop 1 serving under the tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Take no more than 1-3 servings per day. Its recommended to take with a meal, however, it can be taken with or without food but preferably just before a meal as it can help lower your blood sugar. Absorbing under the tongue allows the CBD to get directly into the bloodstream via the capillaries. There are approximately 200 drops in each bottle.
